Pagero Connect

Pagero Connect® is a service for companies with a medium volume of invoices per year. With Pagero Connect®, companies can easily send and receive e-invoices, without having to make any changes in either the financial system or invoicing practices.


To facilitate this service ebox provide you with a java client download and a virtual print driver. The system is based on a modern technical platform with "many-to-many" architecture unlike many older "point-to-point" solutions. With Pagero Connect® you can send e-invoices to any business on the Pagero network and they can send e-invoices to you regardless of the ERP or accounting systems involved.






Invoice data is created as usual in the financial system, but instead of printing via a paper printer, The virtual Printer is selected. Invoice data is interpreted and delivered electronically to customers via Pagero Online®.


Pagero Connect® also works for companies that can create electronic invoice files directly in their financial system. The invoices are then sent to recipients via Pagero Online® and converted automatically into the e-invoice format the recipient requires.


ebox will service all your customers with electronic or paper invoices

With us you can also send e-invoices to companies who cannot receive invoices electronically. We can identify these customers, filter them and provide them with a paper invoice instead. This way all your customers can be handled in one flow. You send all of your invoices electronically and let us manage the complexities for you.
