e-Validation

Our e-invoice content validation service is ideal for e-invoice recipients using a workflow/ERP system with specific requirements for invoice content. With this service, ebox creates a customer specific set of rules, which each incoming e-invoice must fulfil. Each time an e-invoice is sent to the recipient, the content is automatically validated to fulfil these requirements. With e-invoice content validation, the recipient avoids receiving incorrect e-invoices into their workflow/ERP system and saves time through reduced error handling. Back to top.



e-Enrichment

Our e-invoice content enrichment service is useful for suppliers sending e-invoices to recipients who have specific demands on the invoice content. For example, the recipient can require a specific reference or a particular name or number that the supplier's financial system cannot handle.
Enrichments are automatically performed in Pagero Online where information can be replaced or supplemented with additional data to meet the recipient's requirements for invoice content. Back to top.



e-Archive

Our e-archive service stores all processed e-invoices both sent and received. The archived e-invoices are available and auditable online through the entire lifecycle of the e-invoice in accordance with Revenue rules. It is possible to search by invoice number, invoice date, amount, recipient and recipient ID. Back to top.



e-Print

E-print makes it possible to send all invoices electronically, regardless if the recipient can receive e-invoices or not. Recipients able to receive invoices electronically will do so, and those who are unable will receive printed paper invoices. With e-print our customers can achieve a 100% outbound e-flow from day 1.
e-Print is a useful service for companies who want to digitalise all of their outbound invoices.

Digital Signature

Digital Signature is a service for companies sending e-invoices to/from countries or organisations requiring digital signature. Suppliers do not have to think about which signatures should be used for a particular country, these are automatically selected by Pagero Online and meets the requirements of VAT legislation in 37 countries. Extended Reports

This service is for businesses that need reports with customised content.  The reports are sent to the e-mail addresses of selected personnel, at predetermined intervals and with content, layout and format in accordance with specified requirements. Back to top.



Enabling Suppliers and Customers

ebox supports its customers by actively managing projects to ensure all relevant suppliers/customers are enabled to increase their inbound and/or outbound e-invoice flows.

Sponsored by the European Commission, PEPPOL’s vision is to enable businesses to communicate electronically with any European government institution in the procurement process, increasing efficiencies and reducing costs.
Access to PEPPOL’s standards-based IT transport infrastructure is through access points, and provides services for eProcurement with standardised electronic document formats. ebox Systems is an official access point provider and offers customers access to the PEPPOL infrastructure to send and receive invoices when required.
